He brings almost 15 years of experience and knowledge in the Financial Service Industry. Jordan’s passion for educating his clients makes him a great fit for Thrive.
Prior to joining Thrive, Jordan served as a Senior Personal Financial Associate for First Niagara Bank where he was recognized as a Leadership Conference winner for three consecutive years. He also served as Assistant Vice President, Senior Financial Specialist at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company, in which he was a consistent top performer in the Philadelphia region and was presented with multiple Shared Success Awards for sales and service. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University. Jordan is licensed in Health and Life Insurance in PA and NC and previously held FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
Jordan has been married for over 13 years and has a boy and a girl that keep him very busy when not working. Jordan volunteers his time to help coach his children in gymnastics and baseball and enjoys playing golf, tennis and basketball.
Louis Manzo, CFP®
Lou has been in the Financial Services industry for more than 26 years, with a practice focused on working with Pre-Retirees and Retirees. He has spent much of his career in a management role, building teams of Advisors with different specialties to address the various needs of their clients. Lou believes in a holistic advisory approach that encompasses all aspects of his clients’ lives and, over the years, he has received multiple industry recognition awards both a Manager and Advisor.
Lou is dedicated to excelling in everything he does and has spent his career consistently honing his skills and building his knowledge. In 2004 he achieved his CFP® designation (Certified Financial Planner) and is committed to holding himself to that high standard of ethics and integrity. Lou provides wealth advisory services to his clients in his capacity as an IAR (Investment Advisor Registered). Being an IAR, and working for a Registered Investment Advisory firm, he has a fiduciary duty to his clients, which means he has a fundamental obligation to provide suitable investment advice and always act in the clients’ best interests. Lou is also licensed in Life & Health insurance in multiple States.
Outside of his professional commitments, Lou has been married to his college sweetheart, Joanna, for 35 years and they have raised three daughters. He has always been very active in his community both locally and regionally. His natural leadership abilities serve him well here also, as he has been the Mayor of Harrison Township, NJ (Mullica Hill) since 2008.
Sherri Eigen, NSSA®

As an independent financial professional, Sherri Eigen is well-versed in strategies and insurance. With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Sherri’s clients say that she makes them feel confident of a potentially comfortable retirement and be able to take care of their families. As a National Social Security Advisor, she prides herself with helping her clients navigate the complexities of Social Security as well. Sherri is life and health insurance licensed in the States of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
Sherri has passionately helped hundreds of people develop planning strategies designed to help protect their retirement assets against potential erosion from inflation, rising health care costs, market fluctuations and longevity risk. She does this by listening to her client’s needs and concerns, and educating them to help make the best decision for them and their family. She prides herself on always being a phone call away. She has had clients for over 20 years who are always surprised she still has the same cell phone number and that she answers whenever they call.
Sherri is married with 3 boys who keep her very busy! Her oldest son studies at the University in New Orleans on a full academic scholarship, aspiring to complete a law degree. Her youngest are twin boys attending high school who are responsible for making her world go round.
Jay Lusby, NSSA®
With over 17 years in the Financial Service Industry, Jay brings a tremendous amount of experience to Thrive Capital Management and Thrive Financial Services as a Financial Advisor. Most recently Jay spent eight years at a local Bank Broker Dealer. During his time there, he worked in multiple roles including serving as a Regional Vice President responsible for managing a team of 20 licensed professionals in three states. He has received multiple awards for his service and production, including being named a Platinum Advisor two years in a row at American General Insurance Company. He also received the Quest for the Best award given to the top employee in the region.
Jay’s passion for education advocacy for his clients make him a great fit for Thrive Financial Services. Jay previously held multiple FINRA licenses including the series 6, 63, 7 and 24. He currently holds his PA Life and Health Insurance License as well as the NASAA series 65 license.
Jay has been married for over 17 years and has two boys that keep him busy when not working. Jay also volunteers multiple hours weekly at his local congregation and enjoys playing golf, tennis and softball. He also volunteers time coaching many different local sports teams including baseball and basketball.

Elizabeth is an Investment Advisor Representative and a licensed insurance agent doing business as Optimal Wealth Services. Optimal Wealth Services is a division of Thrive Capital Management, LLC on the investment side, and its sister company, Thrive Financial Services, on the insurance side.
The Founder of Optimal Wealth Services located in Yardley, PA, Elizabeth accepted an opportunity to partner with Thrive to expand and deliver holistic financial planning based on fiduciary principles. Elizabeth brings more than 13 years of experience in the financial advisory practice along with a shared passion in helping clients achieve their life goals.
She started her professional career with New York Life Insurance Co and NYLIFE Securities. In her pursuit to serving her clients as an independent Financial Advisor she joined the Harvest Group Financial Services where she counseled individuals and families in all facets of financial planning. Following the firm’s acquisition by a large national financial management firm, Elizabeth, true to her dedication to helping clients develop lifetime wealth strategies as an independent advisor, founded Optimal Wealth Services.
Elizabeth was born in Poland. Following her studies at the top Business school in Poland, the Warsaw School of Economics, she moved to the United States where she continued her education and earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. Her educational and professional background has given her a broad base from which to approach financial planning challenges. Elizabeth believes that personalized service is essential when building a financial security plan focused on your specific needs and preferences.
She practices giving back to the community and is active in a number of non-profit organizations. Elizabeth resides in Washington Crossing, PA and enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons.
Senior Wealth Manager
Daniel has been advising successful individuals, families and institutions worldwide on investing, capital needs and risk management for over 20 years. Daniel prioritizes long-term involvement and understanding of his client’s financial, business and family needs. He helps them formulate and achieve short and long-term goals while managing and quantifying risk. He focuses on relevant, intuitive and practical solutions that drive the technical complexities and insecurities out of financial planning. He was fortunate to have had strong financial mentors, role models, education and support and feels the responsibility to provide the same to others.
His investment management and leadership experience includes positions at Citibank, JP Morgan, Coutts, and other wealth management institutions. A presenter and panelist at investment and financial technology conferences, he founded a FINRA broker dealer prior to joining Thrive. Daniel’s entrepreneurial and corporate experience includes working overseas, managing domestic and international investment portfolios and real estate development. He has a unique understanding of various wealth management challenges faced by families and institutions alike.
Daniel has a B.S. in Finance & Management from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. He holds the NASAA Series 65 and previously held the FINRA Series 24, 7 and 63. He speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys CrossFit, skiing, sailing and travel with friends and family.

Anthony has been helping people gain financial peace of mind for more than 20 years. He started his financial career at Vanguard where he spent most of his 13 years working with companies on their employee benefits as well as providing advocacy for individuals. As a former corporate trainer, Anthony understands the importance of providing education to his clients. In 2004, he founded ACTA Financial, LLC, an insurance brokerage firm providing education on Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and other types of employee benefits.
With Thrive Financial Services, Anthony has taken the role of Financial Services Professional and hosts monthly educational workshops on topics such as Social Security, Medicare, and Taxes.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and is currently working on his Master’s Degree at Penn State University. He resides in Western Chester County with his wife Coleen, daughter Taylor, and son Anthony III (A.J.).

Brian started in the financial arena in 1993 as a sales representative for a subsidiary company of CitiGroup and quickly rose to the management level before he decided to pursue a career as a CFO with four of the Philadelphia area’s largest and most successful nightlife facilities — venues that hosted world renowned entertainers and artists that captured pop culture at its highest levels. Besides his career, Brian has a passion for meditation, Yogic philosophy and the exercise benefits that Yoga provides him. His commitment is such that that the first two hours of every day are spent with his Yoga practice. This combination of deep Spiritual belief and business is what gives him the unique approach toward business that he has, which is the “people first, all else second” approach. He is happily married with a wife and three children who mean the world to him and give his life the strong purpose that it has. He has returned to his roots at our company with a renewed passion due to his strong identification with Thrive’s mission to educate and empower our clients from a completely independent platform.
At Thrive, Brian has contributed to producing creative solutions for both agent and client marketing and sales strategies that have helped to carve out the current path of success that our company is on.
Brian attended both Philadelphia Community College and West Chester University. He is a National Social Security Advisors certificate holder providing Social Security advice and solutions using securities, annuities and life insurance. As an Investment Advisor Representative, Brian holds the Series 65, and is a licensed Insurance agent in both PA and NJ.
