LaShonda joined the Thrive Financial Services team in January 2026 as a Client Service Specialist, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Thrive, she served as a Client Service Associate at a small family office trust company in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, where she developed a strong foundation in client relationship management and personalized service.
Throughout her career, LaShonda has taken great pride in delivering exceptional client experiences. She is deeply committed to building lasting relationships and providing attentive, high-quality service that ensures each client feels supported and valued.
LaShonda earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications in June 2024, further strengthening her ability to connect with clients and communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Outside of work, LaShonda enjoys spending quality time with her two children, family, and friends. She also has a passion for traveling, cooking, and running 5K marathons.
