With over 15 years of experience in private wealth management, Kyle has helped guide many retirees through the complex landscape of retirement planning. He is passionate about coordinating internal and external financial teams to better ensure that retirees—and those approaching retirement—feel supported by a true team of experienced professionals. Throughout his career, Kyle has worked closely with executives from publicly traded companies and highly successful business owners, helping them align their financial strategies as they transition into retirement.
Kyle firmly believes that one of the most impactful decisions families can make during this phase is the coordination of all financial professionals ensuring every aspect of their wealth is working together cohesively.
Before joining Thrive, Kyle served as Partner & Chief Business Development Officer at one of the nation’s largest registered investment advisors, overseeing more than $170 billion in assets under management. Prior to that, he was a Partner and Director of Business Development at a private wealth boutique in Central Florida.
A former two-sport collegiate athlete, Kyle played tennis and soccer at Spring Arbor University while majoring in Finance. Now based in Houston, he and his wife, Amy, are active in their community and dedicate time to several philanthropic causes and organizations, including:
- Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation – Celebration of Reading Committee & Jungle Book Gala Co-Chairs
- American Cancer Society of Greater Houston – Board of Directors
- Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo
- Houston Tennis Association – Board of Directors
- First Tee of Greater Houston – Annual Luncheon Chairs
- Museum of Fine Arts, Houston
When not volunteering or working with clients, Kyle and Amy stay busy raising their three wonderful children (KP, Annabelle, and Emerson).
