Michelle joined the Thrive team in June 2025. She began her career with United Airlines, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and operational efficiency. Over the years, she transitioned into administrative and managerial roles, gaining valuable experience as an Office Supervisor and Executive Assistant for Sony in San Diego, CA. Most recently, she had the opportunity to work in the field of cosmetic surgery, supporting a plastic surgeon and further refining her organizational and multitasking skills. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, interior design, and staying active at the gym.
