Sydney joined Thrive Financial Services in August 2026 as Operations Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience supporting operations in the financial industry. Her experience includes running a solo financial advisor’s business and managing all operations for a financial education company’s King of Prussia location. She’s excited to join Thrive and help empower both the team and clients.
Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Mali, cooking, and reading. She’s in the middle of a Read Around the World journey and is always open to book recommendations.
