Karen is a graduate of Gwynedd-Mercy College and always knew her career path would involve helping people. Although she started out in the medical field, Karen eventually chose a different path — the financial service industry — and has been here ever since. Today, she’s a financial professional who can offer insurance products.

Until recently, Karen owned her own firm and built that company into one that serves many clients. When Karen saw the rapid growth of Thrive and the impact it was having on their clients’ lives, she realized her desire to be part of a bigger team. She sold her practice to join forces with her husband, David, and the rest of the Thrive Financial team.

One of Karen’s passions for the business is empowering women to understand and deal with their finances. She loves the interaction and the educational aspect of the business. Due to the experiences she’s seen of many women over the years, Karen has a special interest in making sure women get the education and assistance they need to make the right financial decisions.

When Karen is not busy at Thrive, she enjoys spending time with her family, including two daughters and husband. Karen and David also like to travel and expose their children to different cultures and people.
