Financial Planning Intern
The primary purpose of the Financial Planning intern is to support senior members of the team.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing cash flow analysis and other deliverables with custom retirement planning software
· Verify portfolio holdings in risk analysis software
· Work with advisors to prepare custom retirement plans or investment strategies
· Deliver high-quality service in a professional, caring, and compliant manner
· Communicate effectively in person, in writing, and verbally with others in the organization

· Knowledge of the securities industry, financial planning, and investment management

Financial Advisor Assistant
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to financial advisors and their clients
- Quickly develop knowledge of a variety of account procedure, forms, custodial interfaces, and reporting software
- Provide timely and accurate responses to questions and requests for operational support
- Prioritize daily work, track the progress of projects and deadlines, answer phones, take messages and schedule appointments
- Input and maintain daily tasks and notes within CRM system
- Demonstrate initiative and desire to increase knowledge of rules, regulations and concepts
- Operate within strict Compliance Procedures and Guidelines
- Act with integrity and respect in all situations Skills/Requirements
- 3+ years’ business experience working as a sales assistant/CSA.
- Possess a high degree of proficiency with technology including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and can quickly learn internal software programs
- Demonstrate strong accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily work and possess superb organizational skills
- Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees, management and clients in a highly professional, timely and friendly manner
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks to completion with little or no supervision
- Must be a team player with an energetic, positive disposition seeking growth and opportunity to expand the role
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Able to meet designated deadlines and work effectively in a pressurized environment Job
