Audrey’s Wing Recipe

The staple of any great sports viewing party is a tray of chicken wings. Prepare a range of flavors from extra spicy to sweet and mild and have a few dipping sauces (like ranch or blue cheese dressing) on the side. Everyone loves chicken wings, so why not look into hosting a wing-off for your party? Get your guests to bring a small serving of different chicken wings with a variety of flavors (like buffalo, teriyaki, lemon pepper) and vote on the best one! Take a look at our recipe below:

Ingredients:

2 pounds of chicken wings

4 teaspoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.

5. Place the chicken wings onto the prepared baking sheet, skin side up.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.

7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
